Very nice, I have a few of those kicking around too. Love the 3416.

Where are you in NH? Also, how did I miss that on CL? Lol

Take a peek at this.......

I guess they have spotlight and floodlight versions, I got this info from someone else, so do your own research, they look pretty good to me.

rick thanks for the advise. i do have chains. i am in the process of hunting down some wheel weights now.

appalachian i live in lyndeborough, i got the tractor in boscawen. i happened to go on craigslist very shortly after he posted it and he said he would hold it for me! even after i beat him down a bit. really nice fella said he would hold a few more impliments he had untill i decide i want them.

littlemarv if these lightbulbs work i will be forever in debt to you! i am ordering them. they look like they just might fit.

Thanks everyone!

I think I saw a video on youtube by a guy named zippovarga that uses bulbs from under cabinet lighting, the bulbs are very similar and 12 volt. They work with very little modification and are reasonably priced. Available at Home Depot, Lowes etc.  Hope this helps.

Shane, nice find.  Im actually looking for one of those models right now.  I think its a very fair price!

PLEASE post back on this topic if those lights do actually work for you in those little sockets.  Ive heard they are hard to find since they are NLA from dealers.

Thanks

yeah i will definitely let you all know if these lights work. i will also let zippo varga know aswell!! i have seen that video where he modifies the sockets but i am hoping to avoid doing this. like i said before i got some sylvania 1176 automotive tail light bulbs that fit right into the sockets perfectly because they are identical bayonet mounting types. so i don't think its a far stretch that these lights will fit in also. the tail light bulbs work pretty well but i would prefer something that is the right shape bulb and puts off a bit more light,

ok great news guys. the lightbulbs that you can find at http://satco.iqlight...-dc-c-ges-c.asp are the right fit. as a matter of fact it they fit so good that you would think they were made specially for the 3416 tractor. they are almost identical to the original bulbs except they are quite a bit brighter.

what i have found out is that the lightbulb the tractor needs is a lightbulb with a bayonet base that is a catagorized as a ba15d. 12v of coarse. they sell LED versions as well. you can find all sorts of bulbs that would fit this tractor just by searching the web for 12v BA15D lightbulbs. but these ones are really just perfect.

THANKS LITTLEMARV!

Wanted to bring this back up to the top in case someone else is looking for these.

I bought a full set for my Allis 916's and man they are great.

Actually ordered another set today to keep on hand.
