Anyone else enjoying this?

Half rain? Half snow?  Looks like some severe thunderstorms down south.

We got like 1" of snow and its been raining all day now.  I spent from 7am til 1:30 standing out in the middle of a parts yard directing equipment to set up parts for a mining system we pulled out of the mine 6 years ago.  What a waste of time.  I was soaked clean through and colder than heck.

We are forecasted 8"

No snow yet, thankfully, but we have a forecast for a dusting tomorrow in the early hours.  I think it is supposed to be gone by rush hour.  We also have had rain all day.  Good day to be retired and stay indoors and enjoy GTT.

Just cold and windy here! Getting cabin fever, hoping the wind will settle down at least!

Like Kenny it's just cold and windy here.  Looks like most of this one went south of here.

We were supose to get freezing drizzle yesterday morning. I drove through snow with visibility of 1/4 mile but nothing stuck it just blew off.

My Brother was supose to go over to the Quaker Oats plant in Cedar Rapids and I understand they got a good snow.

We got lucky, it went southeast and we jsut got a light dusting this morning. Be drizzling all day, supposed to turn to snow tonight with maybe an inch, hopefully that's it. Kids off school tomorrow so just have to worry about getting myself to work in the morning.

Cincy drivers losing their ever loving mind when it snows....white death!

Been snowing here most all day. Only about 1 1/2" so far. Fairly warm? Wind has stopped compared to what it has been in the last 4 days. If you are traveling drive carefully. Roger.

I'm really enjoying it.  :D

Sometimes I really make a mistake of lying in a way that is too obviously a lie, just so you know.

It has rained the whole day here.  Started out a drizzle and now is a steady down pour.  Visibility is terrible.  It is a cold bone chilling kind of rain.  Hopefully it will quit before the temperature decides to nose dive.  That would be ugly.

We were right below the rain/snow line this morning and now its been raining all day.  Supposed to rain all night and then end as snow tomorrow midday.  They're calling for close to two inches of rain.  Thank God, that's not snow as they generally say 1" of rain = 10" of snow.  Plus they're throwing in 35mph winds on the backside.

They predicted 8+

I measured 3.5" total in my yard.

If I was as wrong as much as the weather people I'd be standing in the unemployment line.

That is the same system that came thru our state this past weekend. We first got hit with 3/4" of freezing rain, then it dumped 13" of snow on us at the farm in the southwest part of the state, dang near didn't make it out of the farm road.
