I am creating this test based on recent events making me think. Most of us have favorite brands that we say we are loyal die hard collectors of. This test is not brand specific, only 10 yes/no questions, and rate yourself. Oh, and try to have fun lol.

1) Do you drive over 2 hours one way to buy your brand?

2) Do you collect the proprietary attachments for your brand?

3) Would you rather overpay for your brand than to see anyone else get it?

4) When you walk around the property, have you ever tripped over your brand?

5) When trying to list what you have, do you lose count partway through, or even forget one?

6) Could your shop be mistaken as your brand's dealership?

7) Are you guilty of storing your brand's parts tractors indoors?

8) Is your emergency cash dedicated to the off chance of finding a rare piece for your brand?

9) Does your family try to throw you surprise intervention parties?

10) Do you have others of your brand's collectors in your will to guarantee good homes for your tractors in the end?

Rating scale

1-3 yes : You need to hang around more of the 7-10 yes guys and take notes.

4-6 yes : You are well on your way to cleaning out that saving account.

7-10 yes: You are there, and love the attention. However, you aren't quite sure what to collect next.

Hope you enjoyed the test. Happy hunting season, now get out there and shoot you a DEERE lol. (couldn't resist)

Very good! :thank_you:

I had to chuckle a couple of times while reading, and I made 9 out of 10 yes's! :peace:

Wow! You sure nailed it....I laughed at the dealership question, because I have had neighbors ask, and I about fell over at the 'will to other collectors upon death', because I have a list of machines to go to other people my wife has never met!

I'd love my shop to look like an old Clinton dealership, so I guess I'm in trouble!!

Nice one.  Except for 7(plans in action though) and 9(just occasionally the wife, but you know how that is), had not thought about 10 yet(I am sure Kathy would want to keep the workers) so that dont count.

Thanks Casey
