Hey,

I just got some new rear rubber and my rims have seen better days.  One of the tubes had leaked and the calcium has done some damage.  I have my local mechanic looking for rims, but he seems to be having a hard time with it.  Any suggestions?

Is it possible to weld on the rims, build it up, and grind smooth? How bad are they?

New one on epay, been there awhile. Not sure if more than one or not. Have seen used there too, not sure still on there. Type in Speedex Tractor or you will get much diff stuff in search.

Back with info. These are being offered by Miller Tire I think. In Ohio.  #220517327872   for $75.  Says 10 available.

Possibly.  My guy at the shop suggested sandblasting the rough off, but hes worried there might not be enough good metal left.

The rubber that was on was 6-16, the replacement rubber is 6.00-16. They look a little bit taller than the originals.
