OK you guys have done now i got pull the smoker out and put some wild hog on. I put my dry rub on let sit overnight then smoke for 6-8 hrs over pecan wood. I can do about 100 lbs at one time. Get the smokers going folks

Saturday 2pm with all the trimmings cost is 1 tillar for ss16, Plu will send more home with than you can eat in a week. If it ain.t the best u everhad i will pay your' gas home. THE SMOKE IS ON

mmmmmmmmmmm, Pecan wood is my favorite to use. Havn't been able to get any since I left VA. though. :itsok:
