I can't go without ac. It's too hard on my son. In the summer it gets to almost 100 in the house. Electric is one of my biggest bills

Haha no. February was when that started.

I was way too cheap to put in AC.

It never got about 80 in the house. A few good fans and it was set.

We have our own excellent deep well, so don't have to pay directly for water, but use power to run the pump along with all the other things that use power on the farm and in the house. That bill is about $350.00 a month. Today the power was out for 5 hours, it was -10 C. and we were worried about the cattle water bowls freezing--- thank goodness we have wood heat in the house.
