This is some pictures of the 1975 John Deere 300. It has factory 3 point hitch, 4 ports in front and 2 rear. 46" mowing deck with electric PTO. 42" Hydraulic snow plow. Original 16 hp Kohler engine. Runs and works like a charm.

Very nice!  the late 140s/300s/316k are very close in design.  Still have the 16HP Kohler?

Very nice 300. It looks well maintained. Make sure your driveshaft and it's isolators/couplers are in good shape. The one on the hydro end can wreck the input shaft if it wears out. I like these older 300 series tractors. That Dana rear axle/differential is a Heavy duty unit and they are a good strong tractor.

Thats what I grew up on. I beat the hell out of it. Never till motor gave out after 30 years of abuse. I weighted it down and would plow snow with the best. Those trannys I think are smoother than in our 318 or 316 onans.

Nice looking tractor I have 2 thet don't look as good as yours but they are tough tractors there some of my workers
