I have two briggs and Stratton part numbers. 270026 and 298060. First one is a box of diaphragms, I understand there briggs carb diaphragms but what hp do the fit? The last is a condenser it looks like an electronic ignition module.  Does it require points still?

270026, like Don said, is a diaphragm for the Pulsa Jet carburetor, pull choke on the end of the long carburetor body.  3-5 horsepower.  They run leaf blowers, log splitters, etc.

298060 is a condenser for cast iron models with points and condensers in a box on the side of the block under the carburetor.  Big horsepower engines, 8HP and up usually, Model 19, Model 23.  Used on Simplicity tractors, Gilson, Montgomery Wards, Panzer, anything like that using the big Briggs single cylinder models.  It does need points, no electronic ignition here!
