I'm looking at buying a lot of wheelhorses. 4 tractors 2 decks and 3 blades. Initial asking price was a little high. I'm figuring if I could part out of sell or recuperate some of the investment.

3 are complete and one is a parts machine.

With options like steer brakes they may be worth more as part machines.

Like the 3 rib front tires/wheels on the one. If you part that one out, let me know on those!  That Parts guy is only a D-160 looks like and is lighter stuff than the other models.  I may want some front wheels to mount standard 6.50 x 8 tires on also if they come up loose. The parts tractor looks like smaller than that?  Think I need wheels to fit 18 x 650 x 800 tires, about 5" wide wheels and 8" diameter with the standard 1-3/8" bearing holes in hubs, OR, bearings still in to fit 3/4"axles.  Wish you were closer, would like to check out couple of those tractors.

He wants 2500$ which is insane since none of them run. He needs to come way down if I'm going to buy them.

If he's asking $2500, then he'll never come down to a decent price.

I'm sure your right. I did some figuring and I'm more at $800
