I have a Logitech mouse and have the wheel set to scroll or with a click it will change the screen resolution on the fly.

1152x864 is what I'm set for on my desktop. Our little netbook is a weird 1024x600.
For those that would like to change the resolution. If you have a standard looking moniter(like a normal tv) you need to pick one of the 3:4 ratio sizes. (eg. 3/4=0.75 and 768/1024=0.75) or if it's wide screen, usualy 16:9 than you would want one like 1088x612, 612/1088=0.5625

It wouldn't really be making the site wider, for those running 1024 x whatever you probably wouldn't even notice a difference other then once I make a change you won't have a horizontal scroll bar. The difference will be those running larger resolutions(anything above 1024) as the site will appear narrower. I will set it up and take a couple screen shots and post them tonight to demonstrate what I am talking about. :D

Can anyone using 1024 x 768 tell me if there is still a horizontal scroll bar when the browser window is maximized? I changed a setting and I am trying to eliminate the scroll bar for you guys. I never knew there was on until I started this thread.

Ok, good. I didn't know if the minimum setting of 980px was going to be enough or not.
