Help if I can what is it you need to know? The quick connect or the lift rod?

Lift rod, QD was pretty easy to figure out, it's getting the rod mounted to the right hole in that lift bracket is where I'm getting lost.

See if I can tell you with adapter plate on tractor no matter what plate you have the holes are in pairs . The 200 plow hole is the one closest to edge facing rear of tractor the 400 is the hole towards front. The drawing shows the yellow is for 200 the red is for your 400series

In this video of me you can see I have the older style of plow lift and did not have the correct lift link so I made due like how you see. It worked ok until I broke the lift cylinder mount under the tractor.
