I should say 500HP in a front wheel drive car is a bit much.

 

On off switch clutch made it terrible in traffic.  Clutch was disengaged, then ENGAGED!  Full on, would not slip in the least.

i don't know right now i have 5 projects going and would like to get one done with at least one, but i don't have much time for any of them right now let alone a place to prep and paint one of them.

well the motor is completely apart right now i am going to take the block to a friend to look at and see what he thinks. From the looks I will probably bore it out and put it back in the car, hopefully with a different transmission.

Look's like it's coming along, they take a little time to do. It's cool to go to your local ice cream shop and have people start conversations with you because of the car you drive. The one thing I've learned is to build it the way you want it, in the end your the one who has to be happy with it. I have a 72 Chevelle SS that I'm slowly buying parts to get it where I want it, and that's NOT stock but I'll enjoy it when it's done..... Good luck

well i found a guy that is going to trade for a turbo 350, or just buy my trans. we will know Saturday when he brings it if i will get the 350 or not.

I've got one in my velle with a 2500 stall speed and a shift kit, it's a blast to drive and dang good on the street,you'll like it.

well after much debate and talking to people i have decided to sell the car and use the money for other projects, the first one on the list is another repower of my jd 318 aka frank

Do you deliver? It sure would be nice to have a 60 chev. A 59 would be my first choice but a 60 is right up there. Just love the body lines on them.

well i sold the rolling chassis tonight i still have the motor and trans to sell, in the morning in going to look at a jd b, jumping from one thing to another
