Someone really should buy this.  The hydraulic control valve with built in holding valve is worth the asking price alone.  Lots of free parts/accessories!

What would it cost to buy a mower deck for that?

That's cheap! Especially for a 400 series. I have a spare deck and mule drive that would fit it.

A mower deck in good shape would usually run $150-$250 w/mule and carriage, depending on shape of course.  I know of a nice one in Indiana in good shape and complete for $120. If you're interested.  It is a later model N46 (48") deck with the removable discharge chute for use with a hydravac.  There has recently been a big change in how Ingersoll handles their parts lately and there has been a big increase in available parts which were currently discontinued and a lowering of many parts prices.  Belts are now about half of what they cost 6 months ago and new blades are available for the aforementioned deck.  My biggest concern if I were buying this to keep and use would be whether the front P.T.O. was retained when re-powered.  Still a great price regardless.

Not sure what happened there, sorry about that.

If anyone buys this and wants a deck, PM me. I will make you a great deal. Have the mule drive also. I'm in Indiana also.
