Funny you mentioned that. My dad made sure he was shaved everyday. Other than the last few days before he past, he was clean shaven. Couldn't hardly walk to bathroom, but he made sure he shaved.

Me, I could care less, I hate shaving!

Had to make a fast run to take Dad his false teeth.  He's not feeling so good today, but having his teeth seemed to help.  3rd day they say is the worst, so he's true to form.  He was sitting up in his chair.  Doc came in just as I got there, and he said everything is looking fine & as normally expected.  Doc said the reason Dad isn't feeling good is because he is distended ...or in other words.....needs to pass gas!  Usually for a Perkins, that isn't a problem at all.  :smilewink:

Thanks Chris, and I know how Dad feels.  Now & then I do have that problem, and it IS very painful.

Daniel it is good to hear that your Dad is slowly on the mend, you and your family have  prayers coming from everywhere, all of your friends here. Take care of yourself and your Mom also.

My Great Niece is staying with Mom the whole time. That helps a LOT!  Don't have to worry about both of them now.  Mom is doing fine so far.

As far as the coffee, Dad isn't much for the dark brew.  And as for the musical fruit, I hope Dad can hit a few notes asap!

That's the version you use around your mom.

The other one is: "Beans, beans, they're good for your heart..."
