Dad also told my sister he would come stay at her place at least a few days.  I really need him to so I can relax just a little, being I won't have to worry about him & someone will be there for his needs, which are few, as he can do for himself pretty well.  When he does go back to mom, which I know he ultimately will want to do, something MUST change.  We cannot keep up the pace we have been, and it's taking a toll on both Teresa & I.   They have enough money saved to hire home help.  Mom behaves most of the time when someone is around.  I've already told him, if/when he attempts living with mom again & things get stupid, I WILL step in & put a stop to it.  Tonight I am so worn out I know I have to stop the mayhem.  My lower back has been hurting bad, and today my neck is nothing but sharp pain, and I can't turn it at all.  Yes, a toll it is taking.

BUT, when I got word there was no cancer, I almost burst into tears it was so wonderful to hear.  We had company drop in, or I would have been crying with joy!

Thank God you finally received some good news Daniel. I know from your next post that you have more issues ahead that you and Teresa will have to deal with, but so glad you have some good news to lift your spirits.

Now Dad says he's going straight home to mom.  Guess he misses being abused.  :(   Someone else may have to take over his care, as I can't take much more of the same old crap that's been happening.  It's a full time job dealing with them, and this farm is a full time job.  Going to lose my mind if things don't change.

That is good to hear.  One less worry.  I sure hope you can get the situation with your Mom and Dad resolved.  Kind of like being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

It feels similar to the story of the guy with his arm stuck between boulders and only has a pocketknife to free himself.  In my case, it's my head that is stuck there.
