Glad he is home and things look better there! Maybe his being gone so much struck a nerve in your Mom too!

So glad to hear he is home and things look to be better this time around.  Sure hope that helps to drop your stress levels a bit too.

It sure does Peter!  (I also got my Jeep fixed)  I went out to put a tractor back into the barn out at Dad's this afternoon.  Dad came out to see what I was doing.  Was great to see him outside.  Turning cold again though, so he won't likely be out much the next few days.

Glad he came out! Needs the fresh air after being cooped up for so long. But doesn't need the cold air coming!

Yep, and I take him to a Dr checkup this morning.  He needs a couple prescriptions changed too.  He changed out his Ostomy thing by himself last night, but took him a while.  He didn't want to call me.  My sis Connie posted it on FB after talking with Mom on the phone, so I called out there, but he had it finished by that time.  He was worn out though, as it was a big day for him.

If won't be long and changing his ostomy wafer and bag will be a three minute job.   Good for him.

Dad's doc appointment went great.  Lungs sounded fine, blood pressure was perfect, all is good.  Dad just needs time and some watchful eyes & helping hands when he needs it.  I did find out his congestive heart failure was brought on by too many fluids being given too quickly during his surgical stay back in November.  It is under total control with Lasix and should never be an issue again.
