You are probably looking for a little more power, but I have a Wheel Horse I would probably let go cheap. It's a B80 with a snow blade, don't have a deck though, PO said it rusted through so he junked it.

I'm going to throw another vote towards the older 200 series Deere,they fit all your criteria and a good running machine can be found in your price range with a little patience. I've bought several non runners this summer for $100 and under.
