Well about 2 years ago I finished up the "Lady Ranger"  1966 Lawn Ranger for my daughter and now it is time to do a 1968 Lawn Ranger for my wife.  She really doesn't want a tractor, but she is going to get one since everyone else in the family has their own.  Might put some personal touches on it before it is all said and done, but here is the start of it.  Tractor time has been pretty tough lately so getting away last night for just a few minutes was fun.

Wow Scott, that thing is going to glow! I've seen enough of your work to know it will be gorgeous when done, and even if your wife didn't want a GT, she'll love this one!

The baskets are a good idea, Oldedeere#2 is always griping because there's nowhere to carry stuff on the STX 38.

Thanks for the comments everyone.  I truly enjoy doing these things for family members.  I haven't had a chance to get back over to the barn to get anything else done but hopefully I can squeeze in some more time here shortly.

Concerning the basket..........ummmm yeah that ain't happening.  She is a very attractive 34 year old that if she ever does take it for a spin, doesn't want to feel like a granny!  :rolling:
