Just wanted to post some of whats left growing in the garden all within the last two weeks, I don't think the swiss chard made it through the cold we had this week , find out tomorrow, the spinach grew all winter hope this year too1127101346.jpg

The garden looks good Alc, thanks for posting the pics. I have never had chard before. I like the built in mini greenhouse.

Looks great. I took beets out of mine last week. Now I need a snow shovel to find them. lol

Went out today and saw the chard was just mush , the lettuce and onions in the cold frame still look good as does the uncovered spinich . uncovered lettuce still might be OK Do have some beets to pick , does anyone know if the go bad if frozen ? Maybe pile leaves on them would help them keep?
