Lawry's and placed on a hot grill long enough to make lines on it. Just decorative lines, not actually cooked. The potato is supposed to be hot, not the steak.

Dribbled with Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce and black pepper, cooked long and slow on low heat. Topped with mushrooms and served along side a helping heap of garlic mashed potatoes and a side of brown buttered brussel sprouts and fresh garden salad. To drink, a nice tall glass of cold meadow tea, and for dessert, some of my wife's, hot out of the oven, shoe-fly pie topped with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream.

Please excuse me now, so that I can go to the kitchen and get a paper towel, so that I can wipe up the slobber off the computer keys. I made myself hungry, and I'm starting to look like a drooling Saint Banard.
