I'm planning on bringing three JD430's. Two to plow with and one that's for sale. One of the "plow" 430's won a very tall trophy for UGLIEST TRACTOR last year at the Lincoln Days show!! lol

I'm ready to go. That weekend can't come soon enough. If anyone doesn't have a plow and would like to shine a couple of mine up, that would be great. Save me some work. I've gotten a few more this year. Wonder if I could pull dual 10's. Hmmmm.

I'm rebuilding the engine on my 149. I've got to heli-coil the mounting holes in the bottom of the oil pan and then I can start putting back together, and I will be ready

Manager approved the rate so you can make your reservations now and ask for this rate of $55.00 plus tax.. Make sure to mention "GTtalk" to get the rate.

OK, I got a rate of $55.00 per night (66.58 after taxes) if you mention GTtalk. I saw that rate was avalaible on line with 7 day advance booking. They have several Smoking and Non-Smoking rooms left both single queen and double queens with Micro and refrigerator. Denny's is next door and there are several places in the local area to eat.

Started putting together a gift for everyone (one license plate each exhibitor) who brings Bush Hog tractors/implements to the plow day/reunion.  It's not much, but I wanted to do something.  I started laying out the design this morning, and soon started cutting the decals.  Hope you like them.

Hey, Daniel!

Got your email and I am definitely planning on being there on Saturday the 20th. Might try to come up Friday afternoon, but all depends on the work thing.

I was hoping to bring three tractors this year, but "I think" my 1450 is the only one that is good to go at the moment. 782 began to act up on me in June and I have not had the time to fool with it. Have a few others that need some attention to be PD ready, so if I get a minute I might try to put something else together.

Looking forward to seeing all you guys again, and hope to see a lot of new faces!

Well guys, the field we will plow has changed.  The field we plowed that goes up to the road has too much grass deeper inside.  It looked fine on the outside rows, but way too much late crabgrass on in there.  I don't have the time to cut & bale this off it, so we will likely be plowing to the left of the drive you pulled in and parked at.  There are 24 acres in this field, and the last spray did a decent job I think, but we're not in that field yet.  Also, the back field we plowed some in isn't bad with grasses, so there is another 10 acres.  Just as soon as we get a field chopped off, I'll get in there & bush hog it so it will have a couple weeks to decompose.  I will do my utmost to make things as easy to plow as I can.  We're having silage chopper problems, following a truck hoist failure (repaired truck hoist), so I'm kind of overwhelmed, but it will all be ready come plow day.

Daniel, When we all get there, we'll plow the ditches if that's all there is. It doesn't matter which field we are in, so long as we are all together having another GREAT time again this year.
