Well, you guys got a reprieve....the porta-pot is ready, and I'll pick it up tonight. It's not the newest, but he lets me use it free of charge. There was confusion over the give-away plow from Brinly, but it's all arranged for picking it up now. Much as I hate it, after Chuck getting the deal made a few months ago, now I had to ask Chuck to even pick it up on his way in Friday. If I had off needed to, I'd have made the trip tomorrow to fetch it. Thanks again VERY MUCH Grumpy!

AVAST ye lubbers!
The HMS Rainmaker set sail this morning, and is tied up in the Port of Cincinnati for the night.
She will set sail with the rising tide on the morrow, and should reach the Port of Ball Hollow sometime later in the day.
Cargo is the "Mighty HDT1000" with a Brinly Cat 0 plow, and a "mystery tractor and tiller"
I'll TRY to leave 1/4 acre unplowed for the rest of you laggards to play with

That's freakin' hilarious!!!Gee Daniel, Sorry to hear the plow day is going to be a washout!
Hope that a Walmart has not been built close to Daniel's over the past year...

Sure hope that there is a little bit of dirt left to plow. Due to Robert and OldBuzz getting there early it might just be slim pickins for the rest of us! Maybe I should just go ahead and leave now???
Marty, Kenny, and Brian will be missed!

Gee Daniel, Sorry to hear the plow day is going to be a washout!
In accordance to ancient tradition, we have sacrificed two camels and one iguana.
That should keep the rains away from us, but the gods are a capricious lot, so we will also be crossing our fingers

There should be plenty ground. Being Dad mowed down the rest, there is over 40 acres in good nuff shape to plow.
