Rain! Rain! And more rain. I think we have gotten a foot, but the guru's say less than an inch. Been at it since about 10 AM. Water is everywhere. No GT time today! So it's beans and cornbread time again!! Maybe some fried tators to go with them. I'm hungry just thinking about that!

Well if you can't get out and play in the rain, it's time for comfort food.

Sounds good Kenny. Weather was fine here today but it's starting to cool off now. I've been in the basement all day working on a display for my wife vels' craft business. I'm a might hungry myself.

So far we have got over 4" in the last 5 days. WooHoo!! We are still way below on our water tables, but it will help some and the farm ponds, or tanks as they call them here are filling up!!

Kenny, If it won't so far, I'd be up there to help you with that meal, Sounds GREAT!!

Just got done eating T-bone steak I grilled over charcoal!  Man....that was good!  Home grown steer.  Only the 3rd time all year I've grilled, well maybe 4 times.  Still, a bowl of beans with cornbread sounds so good, especially when temps drop outside.  Comfort food at it's best.

I am waiting for my supper and reading this is really making me hungry. Dan, that T-bone is making my tummy growl. Time to find some food.

I was hoping to post some pics of what I've been up to, but the rain spoiled that! So I just made beans instead! Might have an FF20 hub tomorrow!

Send the crap (rain) east, we're trying to get some work done around here. Send the cornbread north.

We don't need anymore rain this part of east. We just had about 8" in a day and a half. Food sounds good and a great way to pass the time when one can't play with tractors.
