The phrase is a misspelled plagiarism of something a comedian says here. His line "Get - R -Done" is actually "Get her done" which really means "get it done" and has become more or less a redneck battle cry for accomplishing a goal. The goal is more often than not unnecessary, or mildly dangerous...

Yeah, we know American English is weird... But that's what makes us tick.

Thanx, Alan. When I read such phrases, I speak them loud and try to hear, what "the melody" will say to me - this time the melody wa only for adults and so I thought, it's better to ask...  :smilewink:
