Just bought this the other day. It say 18hp yard-man hydrostatic. It has a good running 18hp Briggs twin opposed cylinder horizontal shaft engine. Working hydraulic 3 point hitch ect. My question is what is it I can't find any info on the model, age ect. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

Thanks

Welcome to GTTalk. The Yard man name now belongs to MTD but I'm not sure that would be the case for an older tractor. APictures would help to identify it.

Welcome to GTT. Check out the entire site, especially the Manuals section. Good Luck, Rick

Sounds like you may have newer 900 series MTD such as a 998 model.

Also what would you guys value this at? Just curious if I got a good deal or not. My dad hates it cause it's not green but I live its classic big body design and it will be staying in my garage! I'll post what I paid after I get some feedback,
thanks everybody for the welcomes and replies.
