The more information you can supply about your system and the problem when you submit your initial question the more able we can get to the root cause of your problem.
Here are Just a Few
1 Operating System.
2 Amount of RAM.
3 Model and Age for our Computer - Laptop or Desktop.
4 Web Browser you are using when the problem occurs.
5 Any Error code that you might see.
6 Wireless or Ethernet connection.

I would like George and the rest of you Guys to add to this list.
At present we have to make to many assumptions and that delays a resolution to the problem.

I am not trying to make this a computer advise forum, but a little information really helps.

I think that is a great basis for the more computer savvy members to be able to help. I will make this a sticky.

With the operating system please don't just say Windows. Please tell us what version of Window's you are running like XP, Vista, 7 etc. If you tell us what Service pack you have installed. I have found that XP Service Pack 3 is not very friendly with some Drivers yet SP2 worked just fine with them. You can get this info by opening the control panel and the click on System. This will tell you what version of Window's any service packs installed how much memory, you processor

Also tell us what version of the browser you are running. You can find this usually under the help menu option and click on About unless you are running Google chrome then you will find it under Customize and control wrench in the upper right hand corner.

If you want a 'Slurpy' with your order usually helps too!
