I'm thinking of putting open side sheet metal on my dozer project.

The front sheet metal that's on it is missing side panels and is in really bad shape.

It would be easier to swap the good running gear from the closed side rig over, than swapping the sheetmetal. The dash area on the open side is quite complex. Far easier to put the closed side stuff on an open side rig than the other way around .

Made a deal with a local member today to trade the closed side 145 for an open side 145. both are missing engines.

The awesome dude is even letting me swap out the sheet and rubber for the stuff on the old 100.
All he wants is the frame and driveline, He already has the PTO setup from it.
I've been spending tha last few hours swapping out parts.
