I lucked out because golf cart tires are the same 8" rim and come in a ton of different patterns. I'll grab a photo of mine with the tires I put on it for you.

I purchased a set of tri rib tires for my john deere 140. The only real problem I had was the weather cracking. Miller tire replaced them 1 time and they are doing it again. They didnt put the u v rubber pertectant in when the tire was made so Im going to go with somthing like the 5 rib tire myself.

I have the ag lug on my short frame 444 (I already had them when the case needed tires).  They rub bad on the 48" mower deck when backing up and turning.  They are no better in the snow the the factory ribs were on my old 224 when snowblowing.  I plan to switch to the VR61s this spring.  I personally don't like the look of the tri ribs on garden tractors.
