Looks like a home built to me, as well.  Whoever made it, knew what they were up to.  I'd also be willing to bet, that the hood was never finished.  In order to make that compound radius in the front, you would have to be a master sheet metal worker and do it on an English Wheel or hammer by hand with a sand bag.  Looking at the side panels on the rear, I'd bet that is as far as the body work was finished.


Fantastic little tractor and the Crosley rear diff is just way to cute.  Congrats on your find.

At first I thought factory built, but the front wheel turret looks to have been built from a short section of channel iron with the axle mount plates welded to the channel.  So I'd say a very nice home build.
