Someone really boogered up my light area so I need help. I removed everything & found that another light plate was added to reinforce the original. They also pop riveted some things together as well. The original has been tack welded on one side & cracked on the other. It still has the two tabs at the top & the two bolts that the lenses bracket attaches to. I don't have the bracket but I can make one of those. I have a post saved on that bracket & thanks to who ever it was who posted that pic.

The light mess.

The two tabs flat against the sides of the hood. These weren't used or maybe there broke???

The two tabs at the top of the light plate.

The left side has a crack & the right side has been tack welded.

I would like to see some pics of this area so I can see how all this was originally. I don't have the plastic trim piece yet so this doesn't help either. If anyone has some pics of this area I would appreciate it & thanks for looking!

What year is the 12? I was told that they did the hoods a little diff here and there. Might help us to find one as close a possible to it.

The two tabs at the top of the light plate are there to hold the trim ring ring in place.  The tabs on the side of the hood should be tacked in place like they are and part of the light plate.  Yours doesn't look to aweful bad.  Mine was cracked and bent up about as bad but I got it all back together.
