Bought My First Deere

Picked up two lawn tractors to flip and took a different road home, any ways spotted a Deere for sale and went back to ask the price
The said $400. " we ran into something and bent the deck so We bought a new one.

Tyler, That's a good machine, it has water cooled Kawasaki engine in it doesn't. Is it All Wheel Steer?

I have not even got it off the trailer yet but don't think it's 4 wheel steer., thanks for flipping that picture
The seller also has a 455 that they are replacing the deck on and calling me
To take the old one :)
I was a bolens guy but this deere seems pretty good.

The decks on these are really solid. You don't just run into something and bend it. You really hit something...hard!

Congrats on the find! You'll love the power steering and the Kaw is really quiet compared to a Briggs or Kohler.

What a GREAT deal you got :thumbs:  Bet that was a pretty $$$$ tractor when new and ever still around here a nice one would be over $2k

New rear tires and painted the wheels and grill.
Also have a leak when it's parked I has a 6" puddle under the right side of the transaxle.....
