any pictures available? you can find old stock parts for the wisconsons but can be alittle pricey i have found out. depending on what your needing. as far as attachments, they arnt to hard to find, ive waited around alittle bit on mine but it hasnt taken too long to get the attachments that i wanted. all depends on how much money you wanna spend, sometimes you come across some deals

Without seeing pictures it is hard to give an accurate price. I would say 300 is in the ballpark though. Finding attachments mainly depends on how common Bolens tractors are in your area otherwise attachments can be found easily if you want to travel or ship them. You can find parts for the Wisconsin engine. Parts are getting harder to find and keep in mind it's not a Kohler so you may have to look for some parts. Overall it comes down to how bad do you want it. If you think the price is fair and you want it them 300 is a good deal, if you don't really want or need it them 300 maybe too high for you.

I won't comment on the tractor, but parts for the engine are still fairly easy to find.  They aren't cheap, though, but you can get most of what you need.

There was no such thing as a model 1245, so you probably are considering a Bolens model 1254.  ....They were made in 1971 & 1972, and are known as a "tube-frame" model.

Model 1254-01 was a 1971 model, while 1254-02, -03, -04, -05, & -06 were 1972 models.

1254-01,-02,-03, & -04 used a Wisconsin TRA12D-335600.  ....Models 1254-05 & -06 used a Wisconsin TRA12D-357448.

All of the 1254's were good tractors, and attachments are plentiful, depending on your area.  ....Tube-frame attachment interchangeability can be found here:

While others may tell you it is overpriced, it is worth the $300 in my opinion, if it is in "good running condition" as stated.
