I saw this on craigslist.  is it me or is this a wheel horse blade?

I'm sure the date is off. I'm not really interested in this I was more or less wondering if it was a factory blade or if someone modified a wh blade to fit

It looks like a Wheel Horse blade to me too. I think some of the later Wheel Horse tractors were made for New Holland. The one in the picture does look like a Wheel horse to me.

Yep they were built by Toro in the early 2000's.
