On this day, many years ago, this great country was suddenly, and brutaly attacked at Pearl Harbor. Attacked while some were sleeping, others at Church. A lot of men and women died that day, and the terrible times to come later.

Sometime today, please stop for a moment and remember them.

If it is in you to forgive, that is up to you, but please don't ever forget.

Regards GEORGE

Some of the training I went through for the navel advanced damage control, was a direct result of leasons learned fromthat day.
A race or a country should not be held acoutable for a few individuals.

I meant no ill will at at all toward a group of people. Wars are fought by governments, not their people.

When somebody buys a honda or suzuki or kawasaki 69 years after a cowardly act like that and thinks nothing of it should be comporable to 69 years after 9/11/01 buying an osama mobile made by the cowards that attacked innocent civilians.

Apples to oranges. Pearl harbor was a militarly adventagous strike on a military target so that Japan could try to control the pacific by taking out the only Naval power on that side of the world. 9/11 was the act of religious zealots (non military) attempting to make Jihad on the great satan by attacking with civilian airplanes on civilian targets.

Just for the heck of it how do you think the people of hiroshima, nagisaki, and tokyo should feel everytime they buy a pair of Levi jeans.?

Hijack over!

I will not forget, neither will my Uncle who passed last year or the group of Vets I met this year in SC that had a reunion. Thanks for making this country the best in the world.
