I figured you would find it in the linkage. The Eaton hydro is a pretty simple , but very effective design.
Nice job on the muffler too!!

I got to looking at the parts manual and saw that funky pivot. Thought I would see if it made a difference. It was a bit loose at it's mount and had rotated just enough to mess things up. It is a very quiet running hydro, just have to figure out the leaking seal now. It is a brand new one, I put it in around Christmas last year & the tractor just sat until now. I wonder if the bearing in there is bad also?  I don't remember any groove in the axle.

All it takes is a little play to make a seal leak. As it will pull it out of round.

Jim, these normally came with 2 small 'Gravely' style mufflers. This will do until I can afford those mufflers! LOL

Looks great, Kenny! I like the look of the muffler you have in there, great job modifying it.

Your almost there, by the sound of it. Great job Kenny.

Sure would be nice to hear that thing purr, with that muffler.

You gotta get on that video thing Kenny.(yep, me too)

Or maybe we gotta send our resident muffler tester down there.

Hey Doug, start packing. There's a muffler that needs you. :D

I would like to, Will. I only have one set of side covers for the engine (can't put them on #2 because of the exhaust right now). And I don't have a grille for #2 as yet. But they will end up close, just not identical for a while.

That'll be cool. Then you gotta give it some thought as to how

you could rig up the steering, and do this sorta thing.

Maybe I could make one remote control & have it follow me!
