I am not working so it must be pretty Cheap.

The bearings on my driveshaft are shot. The front bearing is cracked and the rear bearing is dry and worn out.

Thank you very very much.

You can just replace the bearings. I've been looking for a driveshaft for my 853 for years. They are either very expensive or worn out too. Good Luck. Rick

Those two bearings are available from a bearing supply house much cheaper than those prices quoted as Bolens parts.   ....You want to remove the bearings from their holders, and purchase just the bearings.

If you remove the bearings, they should have industry-standard numbers on them.  .....Failing that, measure them accurately, or take them to a supply house and they can identify them.

The front bearing (and I think the rear bearing) are known as self-aligning bearings.  ....These are commonly used in pillow-block bearing assys, but they can be purchased separately, without the housing.  .....These bearings have a wide inner race.

While you are at it, now may be a good time to replace the two needle bearings in the lower pulley, as well. ....They should be approx $6-$8 each (need two).

I have the bearings out and measured them. The rear bearing is Metric 30mm x 62mm x 16mm.Forgot where I wrote the dimensions for the front bearing down but The rear bearing is just a standard Flanged Metric ball bearing.Found them for $18.95 and ordered 2.So I have a spare.

My Pulley Needle bearings are in really good condition surprisingly. They still have grease and spin very very well but I'll look those up as well.
