Leaf Blower Fuel Line Question

i have a craftsman leaf blower that i had a friend put new fuel lines on but i dont think he put them all on or else he didnt hook them up right. when i lookedin the tant i see 1 line and im thinking there should be 2. also when i would press the primer bulb no fuel is going into the bulb. could someone help me out please?

Most 2 cycle blower, weed eaters, chainsaws etc... work this way:
Fuel flows from the pickup in the tank to the inlet of the carb, outlet of the carb to the inlet on the primer bulb, out of the primer to dump back into the tank.
Depending on how short he made the fuel line that dumps into the tank, you might not see it.
Most people don't know this but on almost all 2 cycle lawn equipment. The primer bulb actually pulls\sucks fuel from the tank through the carb.
