Me and my dad were going over to my aunts to pick up the 128 he loaned her about 10 years ago. Supposed to be for 1 summer but they never bought another tractor..finally it broke and they bought a new one. The 128 bolts fell out of the rag coupler.

Anyway. We seen a yard sale going on and in the back was a cub. It was covered in bird poop and dirt. Complete. deck etc.

Snagged it for a 50! The pulleys on the mule drive are shot. Otherwise perfect. Fires right up.

No before shots but under the crud and bird poop we could this after hitting it with some wax and throwing on the wrong front tires and seat.

It had a car seat mounted on it and the front tires are so dry rotted I think if you drooped them they would turn to dust.

Got a phone call last night from my buddy who owns some mini storages.  Whenever he gets someone who doesn't pay for a storage unit, he gives me first chance to either purchase the whole unit for the price of the back owed rent, usually 100 to 200 dollars.  Or just purchase items.

He called last night told me to run up the sheds he had a unit that had some tractor parts in it.  Guy was 175 behind.  First thing I see, a set of CUB ORIGINAL FENDERS!  I snagged those, 2 nice Tecumseh H50s, and a Tecumseh HM80.

75 dollars for all 4 items :beerchug: :watch_over_fence: I didn't want the rest of the shed, there was some tools in there, and a few other tractor parts, but nothing that really caught my eyes to spend another 100.

I'll post a picture tonight, I hung them on the wall in the shed last night when I got home since it was dark out.
