I found this interesting tractor for sale here locally,looks to be pretty well done.Betting the turning radius really sucks though!

Someone had some time on their hands... All I can see is the bill for the rims and rubber.

The tires and rims must be worth a good portion of the asking price. It looks to me like it would be pretty much impossible to steer it. Not my cup of tea. Looks like a decent 446 smothered under all that rubber.

Those front spindles have a lot of tension on them. Neat to look at, but not to use!

Well done & reversible. As was said, you could buy a GT for what he has in tires.
