What garden tractor do you folks think has the best looking grille/hood ever? The one you wish your tractor had.

As for me, it's a close tie between the Cub 1650 and the MF12 for different reasons.

I like the MF10/12's with the forward leaning grill over the Cub 1650. Also, I think the Red/Grey color scheme hides dust and dirt better than the yellow/cream colors. I prefer a narrow, but long hood too.

Always been partial to the Massey fronts. Some of the Sears and DB's have grown on me, but some haven't.

I just like the unusual MF because it looks so much like the full size Masseys.

I vote the open side Fords. I have 3 LGTs, a 73 2000, and a 71 4500. Good Luck, Rick

I greatly prefer the old Massey style.  Grew up with it, it just says "tractor" to me.  And I'm raising a new brood!

Masseys as they look like the big boys, but the *82 series Cubs really have me, I love that large bulging hood, kind like the turbo diesel fields tractors... and the wife's bulging ..... :smilewink:

I definitely like the GTs with the 'Big Tractor' look.  The Allis Chalmers 720 looks like an AG tractor that went through the carwash and shrunk :D :D

The Masseys and Olivers have a great look as well.

Another one that I really like is the 1962 Bolens RIDE-a-matic. It's definitely unlike anything else out there, and it's one that you will either love or hate.

JD 140 is one of my favourites. The Colts are really nice as well. The MF 7- 16 are probably my overall first pick for hood/grill.
