Finally tracked down a TRA-10D fro my 1050 local for 50 bucks. Got it installed had to make an exhaust but man it feels good to have at least one tractor thats runs 100% no smoke or knocks.

That's a really nice 1050. It's good to hear you found a replacement motor that is healthy and for a good price as well.

A TRA-10D for $50 is what I call a steal. Great job! I bet it felt good to run it around again.

Thanks for all the kind comments i had been talking to the seller on craigslist for a couple of weeks at first they wanted a little to much but after a few weeks he said 50 and i was like thats worth the gamble and it indeed paid off.
But being it's fall and the grass cutting season is about over here i took the deck off i finally moved my top soil pile by filling all the low spots in the lawn and had a little fun with the snow blade.
Learned a lesson today as well the lawn is so steed getting in and out of my shed i cannot get in and out with the blade or blower on the tractor.
