I tried to download a manual the other day and when I opened the file all that was there was a bunch of writing, I am sure I done something wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The biggest thing is to make sure when you save the file it has a pdf extension and you also need a pdf reader program like adobe acrobat or foxit reader.

O.K. I just managed to upload some farm-ette stuff.
I may have sent a few manuals to who knows where?or somewhere other than the Farm-ette section.
If you find them just delete them.I think i have it figured out now.
I even managed to get a picture loaded so it shows you what you are downloading.
I will try to get them all that way sooner or later.
Hope someone can use them!
I know someone wanted a 45 manual so i got that there.
I will get a lot more posted soon,If anybody needs something I just let me know.
I will do it next

Thanks,Chuck
And Thanks for Making a Farm-ette section!

Thanks, those are great additions. Probably aren't many copies of them left. Now maybe a few more of these gems can be saved. At least people looking will be able to find them.

It's actually the same as a Craftsman II model# 917.254720 if anyone has this manuaL?

Anyone has the owners manual for a Kgro (AYP GT4318) garden tractor?
It's a '94, 44inch, 18HP B&S motor.
Bert

Kinda new here. I was wanting to download some of the Massey/Snapper manuals. I found what I want, it downloads, but then I can't get the SAVE button to work to keep on puter. Can't this be done? OR, do I just have to load printer with lots of paper and print all the pages?? Would rather have program/file I can print what is needed as I work. NOW, looking at this forum, I find there is a posting number one must meet? Is that My problem? How do I find out how many posts I DO have?

Hover your mouse over the bottom of the pdf page. The icons for saving to file should appear.

Wait, I just tried one & they do not appear at the bottom. Go to "Edit", then "save as", then select "pdf". Then save at file of your choosing.

I have a couple of David Bradley Suburban manuals I would like to get to the site. I am not sure of the best way to do it. The manuals are pretty fragile and I do not want to ruin them. Any help would be appreciated. I really want to share this info.

I am looking for the parts and service manual for a John Deere 160 that I gave my six and ten year old grandsons a couple of years ago. They want to have a hand in keeping it up and do most of the work on it and since they live an hour away so the manuals would help them.

Thanks,
