Some new to me parts arrived in the mail today courtesy of Bob (bhts) and I had a choice to make of wether to sulk over the Caterpillar not starting or... Install the new parts.... Hmmmm.... Enjoy the pics. The board is temporary, I need to get a piece of steel plate. I also have yet to get the lift system yanked off. I am retaining the running boards but will have to make some brackets to support the back of them... Since I took that away lol. By the way, the yellow parts (and the running boards) will be painted maytag green, not sure but thinking of silver rims still.

Those round fenders did a fantastic job making the tractor look older.

You need to find an older steering wheel and loose the lift bar.

I like.

I know Adam. The steering wheel is off it now. Hoping to score something for that. As for the lift lever, it takes about an hour and half to fish one out of a Gt6000, and I have practice with the catepillar, which is down again.... Along with my truck.... And my morale.... But thanks for the excellent compliment. I have to finish the maytag by my local tractor show, which is second week of November.
