Boy, there is a lot of conflicting information on the net about this story.  It's quite the tangled tale with so many companies involved and people like Frazier involved with multiple companies.  Tie in the auto side of these businesses and you can quickly lose track of everything.

Yes, I agree.  The historian for Kaiser-Frazer argued with me saying Rototiller never had an agreement with G-P.  I have copies of letters saying otherwise and a  copy of the dissolving on the agreement with Graham-Paige.  I cannot vouch for the information I got from the book entitled The Last Onslaught On Detroit by Richard M. Langworth.  Allen Cluett grew up around Rototiller, Inc. and knew Kelsey and many others there.
