Decided to stop at an auction less than a mile from my house on my way home from breakfast on saturday morning.  Glad I did!! Ended up finding this.  Anyone know what year it is?? Didnt see a tag anywhere.  Thinking its from the early 70's by the Husky Dog on the front since some of my early 70's Bolens Tractor Decals have the same dog on them.

Nice!

Looks to be the 18621-01 Model

There was a 26'' and 31''  version.

Should be around 1971-1972

Your sweeper is identical to the John Deere 31T that I just bought yesterday. One manufacturer must of made them for everybody?

I did a search on that patent number, and it was issued on May 29, 1969, and assigned to Lambert Incorporated of Dayton Oh.

Did some more searching and found that Lambert also produced snow blowers and tillers.

Is that the same Lambert that made garden tractors, I assume?

I didn't look real hard, but from what I saw it only mentioned impliments.

What I found just a bit later was this:

Looks like they are still making the same sweeper :D :D :D
