Happy Birthday.

That was real nice of your wife.

Another offtopic

Must keep the boss happy. :D

Glad you're happy with the outcome and will be watching for future builds threads.... Even the handrail

Just finished the frame of the handrail. Was a tricky job to align the pillars and the top line. The entire ensemble has almost 10 m (30 feet) .

hr001.jpg hr002.jpg hr003.jpg

Now I have to make the patterns between the pillars . This is the almost approved model (by the boss :smilewink: )

For this job I have to cut a lot of pieces . That's why I made this metal saw stand . With this stand I can cut the 3 meters bars faster and more precise .

For my birthday I made myself a gift : a bending/cutting/rolling machine . I also have to make  a stand for this .

Keep in touch .

At last my 1.000 lbs actuator and Polarity revers module arrived . So I began to upgrade my 3PH .

I dismantle the manual lift mechanism and put the electric actuator .

Some pictures :

And 2 videos :

It works well and I think that will lift 300-400 kg.I prepare my MF12 for the tiller .

I put the actuator under the left legrest (???) ,but I have to reroute the brake rod .

Keep in touch .

For a 1,000 lb actuator it seems to move pretty quick, any other specs on it? And what is a "polarity reverse module"?

Finally cheluis I got caught up with your thread. I have really enjoyed watching it especially since I'm also restoring a MF12 myself. Nice job on the handrail & your wife done a fantastic job on the cake. Happy Anniversary as well to you both.
