Made myself a 40 kg. front weight .I found some scrap metal and welded it together trying to make somekind of shape .

On the irregular piece of metal I welded  16 mm screws and I'm gonna put it under the tractor in front .

Some primer ...

... and some red paint .

A 20 dollars + (my) labor front weight.

Hope it will balance the tiller .

Keep in touch .

That certainly will help. Making the front end heavier without lightening the wallet much is a great idea.
We put 50# on Ryan's tractor, makes a difference.

Hello cheluIS,

Have you done anything recently to your MF 12, or made any progress on the rototiller you were building for it? Thanks.

Looks like you've been busy. Hope you didn't get any stain drips on the Massey.

... had to upgrade the lightning in the livingroom - LED technology (eco  :wtf: !!!)

Light1.jpg  Light2.jpg

And between these I get to finish the gearing to the end of the tractor for the tiller :

Gearing1.jpg  Gearing2.jpg

Gearing3.jpg  Gearing4.jpg

and made a foot throttle :

The pedal is working in parallel with the hand throttle .If the hand throttle is , let's say at half , the foot throttle is reving from half to max.I consider it usefull when I need a little power for few seconds and my hands are busy.

Regarding the tiller , I have to make the connection from the end of the tractor to tiller. But I have a problem :the PTO output is rotating anti-clockwise and the tiller must rotate clockwise. So again I have to find a solution to reverse the direction of rotation .

Keep in touch.

P.S.Promise to update more regularly.
