I have several gravely tractors lets see if I can remember all of them .First is a 1959 super convertable 6.6hpelectric start with a 30 inch bush hog,1967 comm.10 30inch bush hog dual wheels,1969 super convertable rope start40 inch finish mower dual wheels steering sockey,1983 5260 electric start 40inch finish mower dual wheels ride on sockey,lastly 8162T 4wheeled garden tractor 50 inch mower,and about 10 other attachments snowblowers,snowblades sicklebar mower,rotoryplow,rototiller,and a rare leafaway attachment still usable.

Sure is a shed full.I used to live on a 15 acer farmett now I live in DOWN TOWN WAYNESBORO PA.My yard is the size of a postage stamp it takes me 15 min.to push mow my yard.My collection of gravelies and my JD140 along with my 1950 ferguson TO-20 are all in semi-retirment now.Might be able to start restoring some of them soon.

How do you like the Jonny Bucket, is it worth it?

Yes, it's a Kwik-Way on a 81 8179. I love the Johnny Bucket. It's one of most used attachments. It only comes off in the winter when the 44" blower goes on. It moved most of the stone, blocks fill dirt and top soil for the two retaining walls we just built.

1935 Model D, 1943 Model L, 1948 Model L, 1952 Model L, 1954 Model L, 1966 Model L8 ( purchased new), 1966 Super Convertible, 1970 Model C8, 1980 Model 5460, all of them are restored and running, except for the 1980 which is in orginal condition, and I got rid of some when I moved in 2008.

I have only one running, an L8. I named it the "Goat" because it will eat anything it can get the 30 inch bush hog over.

Where do I start??

Sold my 1940 Gravely "L" a couple years ago, because bad shoulder and strap start do not go together. That tractor was used very little. Jug fins looked almost new, with virtually no rust erosion, and it had not been changed. Still had what looked to be the original 3 band vertical muffler, and Steel right angle tube from air cleaner to choke.... OH, and Steel Wheels!

Now I have 20+ 2 wheel units... "L" ,"L-I" ,"L-S","L-8", "C" "C-I", "C-8", 2 @ 5260's 5665 with 18 X 9.9 ag tread tires, 5645 and many attachments.

Current riders are 812 with Kohler Command 14 & manual lift, 817 Onan Twin with Power lift, 8123 with Kohler Power lift, and finally a later model Gravely 16-G Power lift that the previous owner installed a new Honda 24 HP GX670 Vee Twin. A gas sipping, smooth running unit that just hums along.
