I thought this machine was too interesting not to post. I haven't seen something like this before. I'd love to hook that machine to a plow. That would be music to my ears!

I wonder who made it?

I'd love to own it, but I wonder what the reserve price is.

Is that an old Speedex frame, it reminds me of that for some reason.

The frame put me in mind of speedex too. The other thing is the engine isn't hit and miss. the ZD is throttle governed and they really don't even have the good thump-thump sound in my opinion.

That's a Speedex S24 that someone put an old hit-miss engine on.

Kinda a shame but it doesn't look to butchered up.

At a couple of our local shows, there are IH Cub Cadets that people have repowered with IH hit n miss or at least flywheel engines. Neat butt buggies.

Around here, folks use the IHC engine and it is throttle governed, too!

That's an interesting one. I wonder how a real hit and miss works in a tractor. Do they run smooth? Do they jump and lurch? How do you throttle it?

The ones I've seen at shows seem to drive pretty smooth.  Here is a cool video of one running and driving.

I think that video belongs in the safety forum.
