Look at the length of those bucket curling cylinders. Very odd construction.

Yes, pretty odd. The uprights that hold those cylinder ends aren't braced at all. Looks where the uprights are when the bucket is raised. Almost to the sides of the operator. No thanks! Nice PK though.

I don't think it's homemade. Pretty sure it says Johnson on it. The only thing that is homemade are those pieces of angle iron the bucket cylinders are mounted to. Maybe they were the only hydraulic cylinders he had??? :rolling:

I don't think a hard hat is all you would need...maybe a full body armor.

That's what I was thinking....He needed cylinders and those were handy so he (or someone) fabricated this odd looking thing!

Well, that is a neat looking machine. In regards to the loader arms coming into contact with the operator,  have you ever hunkered down on a Forn 8N with the loader all the way up????   ---a voice  heard in the distance----- " Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times ! " lol
